Who can see your information
Public browsing shows limited candidate summaries. Staff can access information needed for coordination. Employers can access applications to their own listings and resumes released after candidate consent and staff preparation.
Documents and account access
Supporting documents require an authorized account. Access is limited by account role and ownership. Keep your sign-in details private and report unexpected access to your coordinator.
Your choices
You can update your profile and contact your coordinator to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Retention periods and the operating company’s contact details must be finalized before public launch.
